Here are my stock screen results for lower priced US stocks that hit all-time highs last week. Four stocks made the list, three of which are in the Services Sector. From the table of growth and fundamentals you can see that all of the stocks have high Earnings Per Share growth. CVV and ZAGG also have high institutional accumulation.
