TSX All-Time Highs - week of Aug/20/2010

Five Canadian all-time highs on the Toronto Stock Exchange, down from seven the week before. CEU has a decent chart so I looked into it. Quarterly EPS growth is solid but annual EPS growth has been erratic and it has a declining dividend. It is not an ideal candidate but I will keep an eye on it to see if it forms a nice base and can break out.
