The Russell 2000 small-cap index (IWM) led the broader market higher, finishing last week up nearly 2.5%. Only three small-cap stocks turned up on my all-time high scan from last week. The charts are below. One issue with using a price-based cutoff to distinguish between small-cap stocks and "the rest" is that the all-time high small-caps quickly "graduate" to the main all-time high list. That's one reason why the small-cap list continues to stay small, whereas the main list gets longer and longer as the market's uptrend continues.
