US All-Time Highs ($2 to $10) - week of Nov/13/2009

Last week was the first time I scanned the US markets for all-time highs between $2 and $10 dollars and turned up 2 stocks. This week the scan only returned one name. It isn't the prettiest chart, but these lower-priced stocks are expected to be more volatile. Here is the chart:
