TSXV all-time highs - week of Nov/06/2009

The Toronto Venture Exchange had a big gain on Tuesday, leading it higher by 3.4% on the week. My scan for all-time high stocks found 1 stock over $1.00 making a new all-time high on the TSXV last week. It was Sensio Technologies (SIO), which was highlighted on the blog last week.
